Chef Hasan Meseoglu

Born in Malatya, Turkey, Hasan Meseoglu is the chef and owner of Leziz Catering. Using his culinary degree and 19 years of cooking experience, he’s been creating delicious cuisine for clients since 2004. Chef Hasan graduated from the Bolu-Mengen Culinary School in the western region of Turkey and brings with him many years of experience working in commercial kitchens and restaurants. He enjoys using his creativity, love of spices and culinary passion to create exquisite dishes. Chef Hasan has prepared meals all over the Mediterranean, including for some of Turkey’s most prominent citizens. He even took part in catering for Her Majesty the Queen on a visit to Turkey! His expertise in global cuisine has come from working across the Mediterranean, in Dubai and then finally in America. When he is not developing menus, writing recipes or cooking for a private client, Hasan enjoys spending time with his family and his beloved Cocker Spaniel, Daisy.
